  • On arrival guests will normally get themselves a drink from the bar and given a table number to be seated at.  No changes to this will be allowed as this will just cause chaos and confusion.
  • The performance from our side will commence promptly @ 20:00hrs with all tables being served food and plates cleared away etc. 
  • We will recommend keeping guests seated at the tables unless for bathroom breaks etc
  • Once the performance starts all the six magicians will be introduced formally and sent to a table number to start the performance (10mins)
  • After a 10min performance at the table the magician will leave the table for a few minutes (5mins) which allows staff to obtain drinks orders etc from the tables
  • The magicians now rotate and will be re-introduced to a new table and again after 10mins they will leave the table to reset.
  • At this stage the pre ordered drinks can be delivered and payments taken etc
  • This format would continue until the half time interval, whereby a longer break would be allowed for bathroom breaks etc.
  • There will be a 20min stand up cabaret entertainment during the interval.
  • After the interval we would then continue with the format as started until each table has seen all the magicians.  
  • At the end of the individual magician rotation one of our professional magicians will perform a 20min 'Stand up' spot to close the show out
  • All the magicians would be reintroduced to formally bring the evening to a close and hopefully receive a huge round of applause.
